Drawing Out

How do we express how someone is feeling or what they are going through by describing, drawing out their action? How do we talk about and describe behavior by ‘showing’ and not telling’? Vita does so, beginning by telling us how someone felt and then drawing out action, objects, almost to let the feeling stay, linger, pierce us.
